1. What this covers
Reports, ban appeals, and any file, screenshot, video or text you send to us on our Discord, and your use of the site and the store.
2. Do not send
- Malware, scripts or files meant to harm a device or service.
- Content that is illegal where you or we are, including child sexual abuse material (reported to the authorities).
- Other people's private information such as addresses, ID documents, passwords or payment details.
- Content that harasses, threatens or discriminates against anyone.
- Material you do not have the right to share, such as someone else's copyrighted work.
- Spam, or repeated abusive messages or reports sent to disrupt staff.
- Faked or edited evidence. This leads to a ban.
3. What you can send
Screenshots and clips of rule-breaking, proof of purchase (hide card numbers), and details that help us solve the issue. Keep to what is needed.
4. How we handle it
- Staff view what you send to answer you and to investigate reports.
- If something you send shows other people, we handle their data only for that case.
- We do not publish what you send us.
- What you send on Discord is also handled by Discord under its own policy.
5. Using the site
Do not attack, probe or overload the site, get around its limits, or use bots, scripts or other automated tools to read, scrape, crawl or copy it or its data. Do not copy, mirror or reverse engineer the site or its code. Use the store only to buy for yourself or as the store allows.
6. Enforcement
Breaking this page can lead to a ban from our services, blocked access to the site, and a report to the authorities where the law requires.
