1. Who handles your payment
PayNow.gg ("PayNow") is the seller of record for every purchase. It processes the payment, collects and pays sales tax or VAT, and handles chargebacks. Its Terms, Privacy Policy and Buyer Agreement, published on paynow.gg, apply to your purchase.
We deliver the item in game on our servers. If something you bought is not delivered or does not work as described, contact us on our Discord with your order reference. We will deliver it or fix it.
2. Digital items and your right to withdraw
Everything we sell is digital content or a digital service, and delivery starts as soon as the payment is complete.
If you buy as a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered at once, by completing checkout you ask for delivery to start now and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once delivery has begun. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
This does not affect your right to a remedy if the item is faulty or not as described. Consumers in Australia keep their consumer guarantees.
3. Subscriptions
A month in the store is a billing period of 4 weeks (28 days): PayNow bills a monthly subscription every 4 weeks until you cancel. Cancel through PayNow, or contact us on our Discord and we will cancel it with PayNow for you. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
The store and PayNow's checkout show the price and the billing period before you pay. Questions about a charge are handled by PayNow and by us on Discord; the site itself does not change or cancel payments.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us or PayNow before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback lets us suspend the account, remove the items and refuse further sales until it is settled. See the Terms of Service.
